Lemon Sea Shell Cake

Lemon Sea Shell Cake

I am a huge fan of thrift store shopping AND looking for sea glass on the beach. Thrift store shopping is similar to looking for sea glass, they are both treasure hunts of sorts. You never know what you will find.

I found this sea shell cake mold at a thrift store for 99 cents and I knew I had to do something fun with it.

This is a recipe for a delicious lemon sheet cake baked in a sea shell cake mold. You can most definitely bake this batter in a 9 by 13 inch pan for the same results.

This is an easy cake recipe. You do not need a mixer to make it, just a bowl and a whisk or spatula.
