Chocolate Banana Bread
I have another super easy banana bread recipe for you! And in my next post I am going to show you how to wrap a loaf of banana bread or any loaf cake for gifting.
When I make banana bread I like to puree my bananas in a blender or food processor before adding them to the other ingredients. I used to just mash them by hand with a fork. However, this method does not result in a smooth banana puree and I am not a fan of chunks of banana in my bread.
This recipe, as I said, is VERY EASY and required NO mixer. Itβs all by hand and used simple ingredients.

Chocolate Banana Bread
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Blend bananas in a blender until smooth. Add to a large bowl.
Whisk in eggs, oil, brown sugar, and milk.
Add all dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Bake fo 35 to 45 minutes.
